Every venue runs differently, so Alfredo starts by learning yours. This is not a consultant who visits once, drops a binder, and disappears. We work alongside you, and the platform keeps measuring after the conversation ends. Current pilots are focused on restaurants and bars. If you run a cafe, bakery, or food truck, get in touch and we will tell you honestly where the fit stands today.
Onboarding begins with an intake questionnaire: your history, your goals, what you have already tried, what makes your floor different. Recommendations are tuned to your business, not a category average. Onboarding does not require new hardware, new software, or staff retraining. You connect your POS and Alfredo does the rest.
What the public says about you and the venues around you feeds the engine. If your regulars love the service and your neighbor's fries are suddenly famous, your weekly board knows.
The dashboard configures per venue: a brewery gets a tap room, a bar gets a bar program, and we are open to customization where your needs do not match the default. Early partners shape the roadmap.
We built Alfredo because independent operators deserve the same intelligence the big chains pay analysts for, without hiring one or becoming one. We would rather tell you exactly where Alfredo stands than imply a scale we have not reached.
Tested with a brewpub and live across a 14 location restaurant chain: real transactions, live weekly boards, real trials with real verdicts.
Alfredo is patent pending with the USPTO.
We are onboarding a small number of independents as design partners. Early operators get founder access and shape the roadmap.
Pilot partners get the full platform on their own POS data, direct access to the founder, and pricing that reflects being early. If the boards do not earn their keep, the data will say so. That is the whole point.
